S.K. Bhaskar joined UMGC in 1998 after serving as senior programmer and analyst at SRA Technologies Inc. He holds a Master of Science from the School of Automation, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, and a doctorate in computer science from the 91ֱ�� of Maryland, College Park.
